Feb 13 2025 - America's rogue judges aiding thieves!

Every time Mr. Trump gives an order, some rogue judge says that “he can’t do that.” Random federal judges in blue state backwaters have no authority to unilaterally dictate who the president may talk to, or what data he can access. The Supreme Court has two options: They can bring those inferior court malcontents to heal, or they can get used to the president simply ignoring these inferior courts. Or Congress eliminating them altogether. Congress created these inferior courts so the Supreme Court wouldn’t have to deal with every federal case all by itself. But if these rogue inferior judges are going to routinely issue lawless decisions that the Supreme Court has to deal with anyway? Congress would be well within its rights just to eliminate these inferior courts so Judge Roberts can put those inferior judges in their places. Or he can watch his caseload go up by a 1000 percent.
